there are tasks (requested) that can be done within 2 minutes and yet most of the time my request is put on hold that i have to wait hours before they can accomplish it. because of that, i am unable to meet some deadlines.

how long does it take to give you login info, get past exercises, give a copy of a backup. for me it took hours or even a week's wait.

mind you, i have tried pestering and that does not work. they're busy, and i am busy waiting. i guess i'll just have to wait..

for the sake of everyone's productivity, spare even 2 minutes.
